H/Q will tell the courts that it's in everyone's best interest to stockpile, especially while the U price is going up. If we haven't got enough funds to cover it, that's our problem, not theirs, and reality is we can access more through CR. When they start selling the stuff we'll be very profitable as they will start selling when the contract prices are way more than what they are now.

I can't see that we've got a leg to stand on. It's smart business by H/Q, as it will make them a heck more coin at the end of the day.

Just because I agree with what they are doing doesn't mean I'm happy about it - far from it actually, but it's my own stupid fault for "investing" in this "company".
