Billy I don't understand how in a situation where the worst case scenario is break even why you would not sell. You are covering the finance costs of the capex, you have a skilled workforce that you are paying wages for that you can't simply lay off and then re-employee at the drop of a hat (well easily anyway). We are talking about about a mine life off 20+ years minimum, 6 months - 1 year in the big scheme of things is so irrelevant and lets be honest at the current prices they are making money.

This situation has nothing to do with the price of uranium just about shafting Alliance.
