I mentioned yesterday that there must be a loophole where we could get, at least, our selling rights back. Let's hope today's announcement reflects this sort of thinking and that we win. Even news about the effort to get selling rights back (a decent legal action for a change) is the best news we've had for a very long time. Fingers crossed.

Now if we get these rights back then we can take the fire sale off the table and 'go mining' in the sense it was always meant (dig, sell, profit).
