I hope so Peony because I would be surprised if retail would participate. Mike has rattled the tin too many times in my opinion with only a declining SP as a result. A dragged out CR with say another 600 mill shares would just add to the already heavy anchor.
When companies get that many shares they quite often look to recap and I've never had any luck with that.
