I agree.

-Management have been kicking goals
-have skin in the game
-very scalable SaaS in an environment that's seen a huge accelerated shift in consumer/government expectations
- the SaaS allows for businesses to operate leaner with less hours required per periodic inspection (thus saving money and time with less staff required)

I've personally spoken with management in April and they seem very driven to succeed. One of the directors investing his own personal money speaks volumes IMO.
