They’ve pretty much always had the largest shareholders on the board throughout the life of the company granted it’s a bit larger now but something like Karrelis sold to Naos, Naos sold to Hockings, Hockings sold to Tribe but still maintains a bit under half and did put his son or nephew or whatever on the board as CEO i guess.
