Yeah I found that one earlier today and commented on a CPH thread.
I don't see how they can justify not allowing a transfer of the stock to a new broker, and force us to sell, especially in our case as the shares will be put up for sale when the stock finally resumes trading when the sp will be erratic and there could well be a dumping of shares.
The IG rep I spoke to on the phone was pretty sheepish about it and wasn't really sure about how it would play out, said they would try to apply for withdrawal from the share offer.
Not happy!
