Just note here - AGM has not been liquidated. Proceedings for windup are settled more often than not if there's something worthwhile still going on in a corporation, i.e. an active management contract and presumably control of investments/other assets. Directors would be foolish to let those go imo.
Windup orders (or applications for), administration and liquidation are all different statuses/avenues taken by/against a corporation. Important distinctions between all if you want to look it up.
