Yes, that is a very relevant question.
It is similar to people who argue that "pill testing" at concerts is a good idea. Not sure about its merits as an idea but it is illegal. Thing is - possession and dealing in prohibited drugs (whether a tester or otherwise) is a contravention of the
Misuse of Drugs Act irrespective of who you are or your reasons for doing so. Clearly, it is difficult to test drugs without actually possessing them - yes?
Much the same could be argued for dealing in shares that IG have allegedly declared are related to recreational use of cannabis. Nonsense rationale if it is true as has been reported here. It wouldn't go 1 round in a first year criminal law class.
