Maybe they should have a 40 minute conversation with their accountant on how to lodge BASs.
Right so AGMPL have not lodged BASs. ATO have taken them to court and ofcourse will seek payment of GST. Question is, why did the directors of CGB (who are also the directors of AGMPL) fail to do this? And fail to the point where a court order has to be brought about.
