I'd be more concerned about an individual owning 33% of a company and deciding to cash out than I would at a claim that will be easily resolved with a transfer of $ or promise of a consultancy job for family and friends. Ruane, who only came back into the job when Lethridge quit, cashes out and the SP crashes......have RWD detailed the reasons behind the highly experienced Lethridge resigning? What does Lethridge know that the market does not?
