careful bagging SO4 for the strategy they have rolled out. approvals ARE in place for plant, village and all support infrastructure. approvals ARE in place for what they call Stage 2 on lake ponds and trenches. to me this looks like lots of salt feed to the plant that will be finished in 6mths. I am holder in SO4 and have done lots of background work analysing SO4 and KLL. Been a smart execution that is good for SO4, good for WA with jobs/taxes/royalties, and has worked with regulators to test the boundaries to achieve success...this is good for everyone unless you are an eternal pessimist that sees no good in the world of development and entrepreneurship. ultimately good for the entire WA SOP industry
