I'm pretty sure the offtakes are priced at a going rate, i.e- the spot mkt price + or - a certain %. Probably - a certain % but I'm not sure by how much..
The offtakes provide certainty to the banks that our product will be sold.. very important for a project like this. The banks will do their own due diligence on the SO4 mkt.. I think.....
