With respect, I don't know where this thinking even is coming from, if a buyer gets a good deal and by doing so, it de-risks the project sufficiently to get funding over the line, then APC wins too. In every single industry I am aware of, first buyers always get a good deal to prove up the business case. Look at IT, through to fintech, through to your local pizza joint, without a commercial history its always give and take.
