Low volumes of the last couple of days are a good sign with sellers to a large degree showing restraint and opting for buyers to come to them. Hopefully we’ll see the buyers getting a bit edgy and starting to take up some larger chunks of the 11c and beyond...every day holding price is a day closer to EPA confirmation and these prices becoming a thing of the past.
