That's all true, the issue is that people have been saying that for several years now. Every time the do a cap raise the shares get more and more diluted, eventually they won't be able to do any more cap raises and share holders will lose everything.
I've been following BRN from a distance since 2020 and it's always the same narrative here on HC: Sure we're burning piles of cash, but we're super duper close to a breakthrough and when we sell to the US Airforce (or what ever institution/company the poster has pulled out of their bum) I'll be rich and you'll all be sorry.
