My guess is macro economic circumstances and the problems Prophesee experienced second half of last year with raising capital.
If Brainchip desperately needed capital they could have called on LDA Capital before 31 December, 2024 but they did not they have elected to extend what could be described as the equivalent of an overdraft facility for a further 18 months. Again if they don’t need it they can just pay the commission and have the shares returned. Simple.
