I am of the view that the company must do a licence deal on ‘something’ over the next 12 months to provide the company with sufficient cash to take one of the blockbusters to the finish line … without another domestic backed capital raise.
The only exception to that would be if the share price was much higher and they did a targeted ‘cross over’ equity funding deal as the precursor to a NASDAQ listing in 12 months.
we don’t want to be sitting here in 12 months worried about another discounted (highly dilutive) fund raising … and who knows what global equity markets are going to look like with Trump in the drivers seat!
