Looks like the USA market liked the annoucement, up 2.2% overnight.
A solid quarter with no major issues it seems.
Plus add in Trump's future supportive policies for the oil and gas industries, WDS looks ripe for a re-rate IMO. I reckon Meg and the crew are waiting to see what Trump is going to put in place before the FID on Louisiana LNG, but like others have said you wouldn't have spent all this money on the project if you weren't super confident it would be approved for construction.
