tick tock tick tock... regional.... with 2b budget... now that gupta GFG, RIO, FMG, BHP are out of the picture... regional with a lot of money... hmmm...Europe (Thysenkrupp not TATA who are broke/seeking pennies from UK government), Korea (POSCO has 30b out of 124b for offshore investing), Japan (Nippon Steel going hard on renewables), China (unlikely as their economy is slowing down/housing crisis)...maybe india (Ancellor Mittal with links to simon perhaps)...or USA (Simon = Electra board = funded by bill gates...).... Who else...me thinks....20b budget is yummy = POSCO. They seem like the best candidate + Ancellor Mittal...
