IMO If there was a lot of financial positives in quarterly they would have made sure it was released prior to placement close. (edit they have alowed a further 24 hrs on close have commented below) Companies are not stupid in looking at calendar in regards to timings of fixed dates and reporting timetable. Announcing today to get rid of quarterly when at midnight the SPP closed ? I dislike and find it surprising a company would sign but not date a document these days but seems common on asx? Most other reports have date at top if not at signature? .

Have I missed it or is there no comment at all about stuff after quarter end - like a $48 mill 8 year contract with Dale Hobbie ? Surely was worth a mention but excluded? No comment about doing DD in USA on that contract in the quarter- has it all happened since 1st- 14th July when signed then announced? Several days DD before so even smaller window?

Todays 24 hr extension of closing? - IMO well I am surprised it doesn't also advice if there is a facility to remove / get refund shareholders commitment to funding should shareholders wish to withdraw their application for more shares with the information presented ? I wonder if they have done this extension at ASX request? it is dated 22nd July released 23 July a few minutes after quarterly. If a company has opportunity to lock in more funds and administratively registry says they can accommodate same timetable to process why not. Shareholders will never know real reason if it is lack of response, holder asking for more time to add more $ to take up offer , banking issue or shenanigans to place reserve happening in background etc

Positives is they have included some detail in quarterly on use and timelines of existing EC to try and keep shareholders aware of what they are up to. Making it look like a lot and busy company by including minor detail but any info is good..

I see comments like this below as disingenuous and thought the ASX was stopping them when no baseline is given
100% increase - What from 1 to 2 to 4 people or 100 to 200 to 400? Big difference. Will they use same metric in next announcement. It is meaningless without numbers . IMO ASX and company should lift their game and not include meaningless waffle stuff

Without knowing states but looking at detail shown and making too many assumptions shareholder are blind to knowing when lockdown restrictions will be removed and I am unclear which USA states have a lockdown on construction or test facilitys. No idea on trial design be it 20 test blocks to analysis in lab or outdoor test slabs etc??? With winter approaching if they don't have long window for larger scale testing without adding further complications in cold states.

Always a guessing game and still just so many flags where information IMO is incomplete for my understanding to assess risk.

I still have not found any releases in West Virginia etc regarding the Dale Hobbie project - has anyone else? No media would publish media release or was it never released? 120 acres in suitable area for power and communications links is a rare commodity ( to achieve economically) and local papers would be all over it IMO. Too many if's and maybes with that deal and IMO very odd "contract" that has no real meat in it in regards to commitment by either party.
I have looked and not found any details of anything completed or something that has gone past the initial media releases and actually physically implemented by the counterparty? Has anyone else discovered anything? Usually HC finds such info and shareholders are only to happy to post and the update from company didn't include any detail of any depth of company or people who they signed up with. Perhaps I just can't find it?

All in my dumb uneducated opinion still can't work these guys out
