depressing reading IMO purposefully done with the intent to increase acceptance offers.

If only my electricity bills would decrease by the same margins as the wholesale markets have just suffered.

Interest rate swap fails to the expense of near 20 million... ouch. I know Ash was calling for it months before the TO's... but really seems like they may have missed their best opportunity for refinancing due to TO restrictions - if they had of sought a new finance deal prior to the spot prices falling - their forward looking reports would have been so much more favourable.
