U do realise we operate at a PROFIT?
divs are paid from PROFIT (after interest costs)....so..... We are not some infrastructure trust that revals property and pays distributions from debt...(mac bank style)...we actually adhere to acct principals of paying divs from legit profits...
i also suspect debt will be paid down too...win win...
