Yep, and they're still in debt until we get the proceeds and any dividend will mean there's less for what they can claim as the proceeds of the sale. Why would they pay out 100% of current profits? Before any deal is ratified?
Having said that, this lot have already destroyed so much shareholder value who can guess what they'll do.
