    The company will reject the $1.75 offer. The MD has called it "stingy and uninspiring".

    Allan Gray has already come out and said it is "underwhelmed and disappointingly low".


    An article in today's "The Australian" that MDL are dealing with their two biggest customers/offtakers to take their stake in the JV.
