I guess the reason why they have to delay is because they don't have money.

Their cash posotion is always a worry.

I will be very happy if they can sell the Mt.Oscar to the Chinese with a free carry 5%.

Even without Mt.Oscar, if they can deliver Ni, Copper and Zinc in a commercial way, FXR is still a $1.50/share company.

They have very good land holdings in a stragegic area, but they just could not turn that into profit.

Anyway, chairman's buy in is always a positive thing. I hope another suite of good news (they are very good at doing these sort of things) is not far away.
