You mean like the "Fox Gol" agreement being for an application that only hit the 10,000 download mark before stalling in May last year where the stopped maintaining it probably because 35% of ratings on the App store giving it a one star rating.
Meanwhile FOX's soccer content has been rolled into their main "FOX Sports Latinoamérica" app that just surpassed 10 million downloads and common sense dictates almost all of the 700,000 active users they referred to actually use their subscription.
Pretty easy to look past fluff and see what's really going on with these deals if you bother doing five minutes of googling which any potential investor is going to.
