If I were them I would keep the quarterly unreleased until after the meeting and all financial restructuring and capital raising resolutions pass.
if the quarterly is poor it will certainly impact on capital raising activities.
I'm just guessing but they might have a capital raising ready to go anyway, they just need shareholder approval to cash the cheques.
