Moving forward finally.

Finances on the horizon...

$884,000 24th Aug (1st tranche @ 1.3c)
$1,000,000 31 Oct (Myrtle Springs Sale)
$2,400,000 2 Nov (2nd tranche @ 1.5c)
Plus immediate loan of $400,000 with myrtle as collateral.

Then TVI to also spend...
$2,000,000 on Ab in 12months for a 10% interest
Then right to spend a further $5,500,000 for a further 20% interest
And, TVI will spend $1,250,000 in 12 months on New Britain for a 12.5% interest. Then a further $5,500,000 to earn a further 42.5% interest.

Sounds good for now :)
