That is a great summary diagram and that's how I also understand it to be. I wonder if ASM will make any future investments in the Magnet business or not. I also wonder if Magnet business is part of the deal somehow. Unlikely at this stage, but it would be nice if it was as that's where the big money is down the chain.
From the presentation diagram below, I see ASM as having some sort of involvement towards the magnets business or at least an intension towards it. Will ASM be part of the magnet consortium? Maybe some ZironTech technology or IP revenue?
Time will tell, but no matter how hard I look, I can't fault them on anything so far. Ian is a master of this and I fully trust him with my money.
