I'm guessing there will be things in the framework we don't like... But I don't think they wouldn't agree to a crap deal. They have had a lot of time to get a win win happening so I think overall the go forward is better at slightly worse terms.
This is huge.

Not that anyone should buy based on my recommendations.
That said I think this is a screaming buy.
LIN 280 mill cap. Still earlish days, although making good progress.
