Highlights • Agreement with Archistruct Builders & Designers to build world’s 1st 3D printed brick homes • Forms part of Fastbrick Robotics Pilot Market Strategy Fastbrick Robotics Limited (ASX.FBR) (“FBR” or “Fastbrick Robotics”) is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a Framework Agreement with Perth based builder Archistruct Builders & Designers, to construct the world’s first 3D printed brick homes using FBR’s Hadrian X Commercial Prototype.
Under the Framework Agreement, FBR and Archistruct Builders & Designers have agreed to collaborate to build 11 homes using the Hadrian X within the confines of a standard building environment. Each house will have a minimum floor plan of 180m2 consisting of at least three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The 10 homes will be built following completion of the Hadrian X prototype build (refer ASX announcement on 18 July 2016).
The Framework Agreement grants Archistruct Builders & Designers the first construction rights beyond the initial 10 homes, with the 11th home to be charged at standard commercial rates. Archistruct Builders & Designers will be supplying the land and all the building services required to complete the 11 homes.
Archistruct Builders & Designers will sub-contract FBR to provide and operate the Hadrian X to build the brickwork from slab to cap forming part of a residential home which Archistruct will build. The parties will negotiate in good faith to finalise a formal agreement to document in detail the terms of the collaboration.

The Framework Agreement between FBR and Archistruct Builders & Designers is non-binding and non-exclusive.
