I'm not sure this rise will hold. An agreement to build 10 free houses and if all goes well paid for the 11th isn't a big deal. It's smart... But it wouldn't have been difficult to at a builder to agree to that. I'm tipping a red close. Long term good... Short term this news won't hold that sustained buying of the last few days in my view.
