Please refer to my posts earlier this year, I warned everyone this day was coming. Mortgage Choice have been over farming the farm. The brokers have been working their **** off and Mortgage Choice working 50 - 60 hours per week night and day, weekends and Mortgage Choice keep whipping the horse. When you take a break or holiday the remuneration paid by Mortgage Choice suffers massively as you have no settlements. It is a very unfair business model dating back 20 + years. Mortgage Choice do very little for their $. Management have done very little as it would affect their LTI share schemes and dividends. Massive changes are needed or the model will self destruct.....
