so the drilling commences with a outstanding SPP, and a meeting to ratify the gazillion creditors shares who then will likely have them available to sell into any good results having reciieved these shares at a deemed price of 1/10th of the SPP price - so good for them if the results are good but the effort needed to push the sp above .001 is going to be either very large based on fantastic results, or very brief and probably both. hard to see why anyone would take up SPP as noted above that u can only save brokerage in the end by doing so - the timing of the drilling in amongst all this "corporate" activity i feel is just typcial of how this Co operates - most others seperate these two events so there is clarity - not CLZ
