Well will you look at that. Buried on pg. 20 of the Annual Report the mystery surrounding the cyber email fraud is finally solved.

"*Other Expenses for FY 2020 is represented by $619,000 loss of funds as a result of a cyber fraud misdirected payment"

They simply lost the money after somebody blindly paid a fake email/invoice. The money was never recovered.
619 grand down the toilet. The incompetence is truly staggering.
