1) will it go thru?
2) when?
3) how would it be financed given current situation?
4) even if 1-3 is a non issue, how much value does it actually create for shareholders? People often assume acquisition would result in synergy etc and expect so much only for them to be disappointed. Can anyone answer? 60m acquisition. How much is it worth to this business?
