Any lawyers in the thread who will kick off an action against the company for claiming that a 'Geologist' was at blame for the loss of basically all investors funds? It looks quite possible to have been a person not suitable qualified to examine the 3D seismic, and not a real Geologist to me. If this is in fact true, then that's actionable against the board's insurance policy and could net a huge win for small investors. Incompetence is not criminal, but that sort of behaviour certainly is in the context of what has happened.
