FYI.

I have again spoken directly with Freedom.

Freedom's response (not quite verbatim as I didn't record the call) to yet another question about the 'Geologist' who has destroyed the company.

'Tell me where you heard that there was a geologist that made a mistake and how you know one was fired. The Board will choose what information it releases to shareholders.'

They flatly refused to discuss this issue, and that's because I suspect that's a strong possibility (as I have from when it happened), that there was no qualified Geologist involved and that the fateful decision to drill the geologically active area that wasted many millions of shareholder dollars and destroyed this company was made by an unqualified person, most likely a senior one who is no longer with the company. An incompetent qualified person would just be 'tough luck' for shareholders, however this other possibility is most certainly actionable.

I've given Freedom a deadline to change their minds and supply the information after which I will be writing to ASIC and the ASX on the matter and asking for regulatory intervention here.
