Update - Just now received a phone call from the company as the deadline approaches.
AGAIN, not verbatim, but almost word for word..... 'Freedom Board will not be releasing any information on this matter'
There are now 3 very smelly rats in the room IMO.
Rat 1 -- Exactly WHO where the big sellers leading up to the Capital Raising in mid 2018 - we need to find that out? Rat 2 -- What really went on and who was responsible for the analysis of the 3D seismic data just prior to the fatally flawed drilling program in 2019? Rat 3 -- Exactly WHO were the big sellers leading up to the suspension of the company from the ASX last year?
Whilst the records for 1 and 3 cannot be changed, it is always possible that there could be an attempt to 're-write history' to try and cover up the reality of 2. That would be very unwise in this day and age with electronic fingerprints so easily followed. I do have faith that ethics will prevail though.
If this company ceases to exist, I have a big red button sitting in my office, just waiting to be hit.
