When I first read your post I thought you were talking about the first dud Geologist report back in the ol' Maverick days (circa 2012) which forecast squillions of commercially recoverable barrels and sent the price to $1.49... ahh memories/nightmares. This latest indiscretion is a dwarf compared to that one.
