So existing holders are giving the opportunity to buy 8 times the number of shares they already hold at a "bargain" price. Will please forgive me if I don't take up my entitlement. The offer will be well undersubscribed, and Ramas as the underwriters will end up holding a very large chunk of the company - perhaps even a controlling stake.
