Danr, the had flagged that they had dropped a lot of the contracted product previously in I believe a presentation approx. 6 months ago to provide for further capacity of higher margin (owe product). This should continue into the future.
I wouldn't mind gearing. Given most companies of that size can borrow at approx. 3%, any capex that is geared should be income accretive moving forward, rather than further dilution.
