Speaking of the fab, I imagine the facility and those like it will be far more tightly held and more sought after thanks to the Chips Act. Perhaps that’s a long bow given they’re not the same. However, we did fantastically here. I’m really enjoying what I’m seeing, especially today’s announcement and the increased interest and price.
