Jim, Because SYT have previously announced their intention to move into other SEA markets, and have shown that intent to the market, the fact that they are now doing so is not price sensitive. The market already had the expectation that SYT will move into India at some stage, and now they are. If they were to announce that they were buying a Call Centre or something else out of left field somewhere, and that intent hadn't been previously announced, then that would be considered price sensitive.
