Weird announcement honestly I can't tell if they have partnered with wxdata to buy their carrier data (already second hand) and than use that to roll out Freeway in China or it's just another "we are paying this company to try and leverage their carrier relationships" as per the last ann.
Either way they need more carrier sign ups to actually roll out in these regions the rest is just fluff ...
