jimjamzzz you may be right after rereading again and again the "Freeway Expanding into the China Market announcement", i only find that syntonic are possibly white labeling the software as they say,(business partnership to expand the Freeway services into the China market) not freeway overpass, also (Syntonic’s Connected Services Platform and client technologies provide a straightforward path we can employ to develop cost effective sponsored data solutions for our major customers.)so syntonics software may be preinstalled on all new phones or can be updated from there own servers. just a thought,
