- Freeway Overpass provides one time, subscription, and sponsored offers. Offers vary by operator.
- Each package has one or more offers with pricing and terms that vary to give you a choice on how much to pay for the duration of unlimited data: e.g. Offers can be one time purchase or weekly, monthly, 3-month auto renewable subscriptions.
- Payment for purchases or subscription will be charged to iTunes Account at purchase/subscription confirmation.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
- If you turn off auto-renew in the middle of a subscription period, you will still have access to your Freeway Overpass offer until the end of the period. No partial refunds will be given for turning off auto-renew in the middle of a subscription period.
