The quarterly report distinctly pointed out that revenue growth would be through the CSP this quarter (see bottom of page 2 - Revenue section) not Freeway or OverPass
That's the problem when people "read between the lines".... in most cases they only see what they want to see... and often miss the actual ***words*** staring them right in the face....
