Well, how does it work?

My platform doesn't let me do "at market" orders when the stocks price is under 50cents, I have to stick the sell price in but when I go to do that it shows the market depth so I can see what is going on.

The only other thing it could be is stop losses or profit take, but when the stock price is moving 0.002 I cannot see that going on.

Only other thing could be some sort of bot/algo trader, but anyway, I'm all ears. By the way, sometimes when I go to buy shares as soon as I submit the order I get a partial fill and the seller moves up a pip..... gotta be a bot for the speed or just a damned fluke we both pressed enter nearly the same time.
